Lily Allen and Kate Moss at the 2009 GQ Men Of The Year Awards, in London, on September 8.Lily was named Woman of the Year but it was Kate, who presented the award, that stole the show and headlines, from the other stars in attendance, with her antics and super short hemline.
According to an article in the Daily Mail Kate stormed out of the awards ceremony, interuptted interviews and cavorted around a column.
Kate was in a blue printed Alexander McQueen mini and Lily, who was well covered in a Chanel 2010 gown, still showed a lot of leg due to the dress's sheer bottom half.
