Olivia Palermo at the Ports 1961 pre-spring collection presentation held at the Bloomingdale's store in New York City on November 12.Olivia was looking very pretty in a warm orange/yellow embroidered silk top with sequined jacket, and black shorts, tights and platform pumps.
I think her shorts are Topshop skirt/shorts, there are a few similiar styles out there but Olivia usually wears Topshop so she probably went with them.
