Keira Knightley was in Rome a few days ago to promote her new movie Last Night.Attending the Rome Film Festival photocall for the film she wore a little black Chanel dress with some colorful accents, buckled booties topping it off.
And for the premiere it was a flirty Valentino gown with floral embellishments.Her crystal-covered ankle-strap heels were from Valentino's Spring 2011 collection.
