Miley Cyrus and Hilary Duff were both out for the 1st Annual Global Action Awards Gala held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on February 18.

Hilary, dressed in a white-and-gray print Thomas Wylde jumpsuit, presented Miley with the Youth Leadership Award and teamed the '70s-vibe jumpsuit with some feathers in her hair.

Miley was a little more simple in a black dress teamed with Alaia sandals.  You can just see that Miley is also wearing her Loree Rodkin Diamond Ghost Ring.

After responding to some pregancy rumors on Twitter, Hilary Duff has been getting some papparazzi attention while she went about her business in LA.

Out shopping at Neiman Marcus on January 19, Hilary looked dressed for the gym in her orange Free City hoodie and Nike sneakers.

Hilary Duff looked fab at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards in LA on August 8, wearing the celeb red carpet fail-safes: Leger and Louboutins.

Hilary rocked her green Herve Leger dress (a kind of hard color to pull off) and added some layered chain necklaces for her own touch to the look that's been seen a lot before.

Out to see the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals, the star-studded crowd included Jessica Alba, Cash Warren, Hilary Duff, Mike Comrie, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green.

Jess brought glitz to the courtside with a blinging sequin covered Miu Miu bag.

Jessica Simpson, Hilary Duff and Kristen Bell all attended Good Housekeeping's 125th Anniversary event in New York City on April 12.

Jessica looked, in my opinion, the best she has in ages in a super pretty and color complimenting blue Matthew Williamson dress, plus matching blue nails.

She also wore some height boosting Fendi platforms and carried a silver Calvin Klein clutch.

Hilary went for a little bit of gothic princess glam in her black tulle Vera Wang frock and red lips look.

A black Jimmy Choo clutch and nude Brian Atwood pumps completed her look.

Kristen was understatedly elegant in a black Monique Lhuillier Fall 2010 dress which provided just a little sparkle with its golden embellished hem.

Hilary Duff was papped as she left the V Pilates Studio in LA, a few days ago.

Hilary Duff snapped on the set of Gossip Girl on August 5.

The new addition to the cast was in a black and gold Marchesa S/S 2009 dress, which was seen on Miley Cyrus back in November 2008 at the American Music Awards.

Both stars paired the dress with some similar black pumps. Hilary in Christian Louboutin "Bianca" platform pumps and Miley in a more simple pair, which had a co-ordinating gold heel.
